  • Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
  • Early repayment charges may apply if you repay your mortgage early or switch during a deal period.
  • Equity release may involve a home reversion plan or lifetime mortgage secured against your property. It will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.
  • Not all buy-to-let and commercial mortgages are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
  • Calculators on this website provide illustrations only and are not an offer of credit or financial advice.

We will never ask for your bank details in relation to paying your deposit. Your solicitor may request payments directly, but always confirm independently, preferably by phone, before you transfer any funds.
